A TASTE OF THE ISLANDS

We live in a ingredient-blessed slice of America (almost-Canada), with fresh bounty from the sea, field, and forrest. We want our menu to reflect the place we live and the greater region we inhabit. We love working with farmers, purveyors, makers, and foragers in our region.

There's a reason Sparkling wine & Champagne are used to celebrate... They evoke joy. I invite you to dive into our list of drinkable art from around the world. champagne and oysters truly are a match-mate in heaven.

Beyond the bubbles, we've got approachable wine that pairs great with seafood, including some fantastically satisfying reds, an extensive glass pour selection of whites and rosés, and beautiful big reds to pair with our local lamb lollies, espresso rubbed steak, and bone in pork chop.
