This potato waffle is topped with goat cheese made for us weekly by our friends at Sunnyfield Goat Farm on Lopez Island. It doesn’t get fresher than this - strawberry, fresh herbs, praline  & reduced balsamic

+ waffles can be made GF & DF but do contain egg.
